Over the past several decades, no matter which political party has been in power the government has continued to become a larger part of our lives. These days many people are speaking of the "nanny state" that we have created, but the reality is far worse than that. The truth is that the government has become a gluttonous, out of control behemoth that is gobbling up everything in sight and that is attempting to exert full spectrum dominance over our lives.  Today, the government seems to have an insatiable hunger to watch us, track us and control us.  Now they even want to feel our private parts before we get on an airplane.  No matter what politicians we send to Washington D.C., it just seems to get worse and worse.  Anyone who still believes that we live in "the land of the free" is completely and totally delusional.

It isn't just in one particular area that all of this government intrusion into our lives is so offensive. What we are witnessing is the government slowly digging its fingers even deeper into our lives in a thousand different ways.  Sadly, most Americans see the government as the one who is supposed to take care of them from the cradle to the grave, as the one who is supposed to fix all of the problems in society and as the one who is their ultimate authority.

This is in direct contradiction to the concept of a "limited government" that our Founding Fathers tried so desperately to enshrine in our founding documents.  The American people need a big-time wake up call.  The following are 8 examples of how the U.S. government is attempting to take even more control over our lives.

#1 Taking Total Control Of Our Food - S. 510 "The Food Safety Modernization Act" 
S. 510, "The Food Safety Modernization Act", is another huge power grab by the FDA and the federal government over our food supply.  The bill is written so broadly and so vaguely that nobody really knows what it means.  The potential for abuse of these vague new powers would be staggering.  So will the government abuse these powers?  Those who are in favor of the bill say that of course the government will be reasonable, but those who are opposed to the bill point to all of the other abuses that are currently taking place as evidence that we simply cannot trust the feds with vague, undefined powers.

Fortunately, the Tester Amendment has been attached to S. 510 at least for now, but big agriculture is not happy about this, and they will be doing everything they can to get it kicked out of the final version of the law. In any event, if this food safety law does get passed, tens of millions of Americans will be left wondering what they are allowed to grow in their back yards, what seeds they are allowed to save and what can and cannot be sold at farmer's markets.

In case you think this is paranoid, just consider what is already happening.  It has been documented that the feds recently raided an Amish farmer at 5 AM in the morning because they claimed that he was was engaged in the interstate sale of raw milk in violation of federal law.  If the feds are willing to stoop so low as to raid Amish farmers, do you think they will have any hesitation when the time comes to raid your home?

#2 Taking Total Control Of Air Travel - The Dehumanizing Full Body Scanners And "Enhanced Pat-Downs" 

Totalitarian governments throughout history have always sought to dehumanize their subjects.  Sadly, that is exactly what is happening in America today.  If you want to get on an airplane in the United States, you will now be forced to either let TSA agents gawk at your naked body or let TSA agents grope your entire body including your genitals.

What these TSA agents are being instructed to do to ordinary Americans is so bizarre that it is hard to believe.  It is being reported that in many instances TSA agents are actually reaching down the pants of male travelers and up the skirts of female travelers.  One retired special education teacher was left humiliated, crying and covered with his own urine after an "enhanced pat-down" by TSA agents.  Quite a number of women that have been through these "enhanced pat-downs" have used the phrase "sexual assault" to describe the experience.

So is this what America has become?  A place that is so "dangerous" that we all must be treated like prison inmates?  Large numbers of Americans are swearing that they will simply not fly anymore, but what happens when these "enhanced pat-downs" start showing up at our schools, our shopping centers and our sporting events someday?

#3 Taking Total Control Of Our Health Care - The Loss Of Our Health Freedom 
Once upon a time, Americans had control over their own health care decisions.  That is no longer true today.  Thanks to major changes in our health care laws, the health care landscape in America has been dramatically changed.  Americans are now forced to participate in the officially-sanctioned health care system by purchasing health insurance.  But Americans cannot just get any kind of health insurance policy that they want.  Our health insurance choices are now tightly constrained by thousands of regulations.
Not only that, but doctors in America no longer have the freedom to treat patients however they see fit.  Only "approved" treatments are permissible, and now the federal government is going to be telling doctors which of those "approved" treatments are "cost-effective" enough.  As the new health care laws are fully implemented over the next decade, the American people are going to become truly horrified not only about how much their health insurance premiums are going up, but also about how much health freedom they have actually lost.

#4 Taking Control Of Our Money - Multiplying Taxes 
Whenever one tax goes down, it seems like several other taxes either go up or get invented.  The truth is that Americans are being drained by the federal government, state governments and local governments in dozens upon dozens of different ways.  To our various levels of government, our primary function is to serve as a revenue source.  Each year it seems like they find more ways to stick it to us.  In fact, it looks like 2011 is going to be a banner year for tax increases.  If you doubt this, just see my previous article entitled "2011: The Year Of The Tax Increase".

#5 Taking Control Of Our Businesses - Thousands Of Ridiculous Regulations 
Why would anyone in America even attempt to be an entrepreneur today?  Most small businesses are literally being strangled by hordes of red tape.
Just consider how things have changed in America.  The Federal Register is the main source of regulations for U.S. government agencies.  In 1936, the number of pages in the Federal Register was about 2,600.  Today, the Federal Register is over 80,000 pages long.

The following is just one example of how bizarre things have gotten in this country.  The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is projecting that the food service industry will have to spend an additional 14 million hours every single year just to comply with new federal regulations that mandate that all vending machine operators and chain restaurants must label all products that they sell with a calorie count in a location visible to the consumer.
Do we really need to spend 14 million more hours telling Americans that if they keep eating hamburgers and fries that they are likely to get fat?

But it is not just the federal government that is the problem.  One reader recently described how difficult  it was to try to run a business in the state of California....

Had 10 employees, but one almost exclusively to deal with government regs, taxes, reporting etc, Received a $144 penalty for a .33 (yes, cents)error on my quarterly payroll taxes from Cal Franchise Tax Board. I called to ask if that was not a bit repressive, why level penalize someone for what was obvisouly a didminimus error? I was told “we would have penalized you if it was .03!” I said, I did not volunteer to be the income tax collector for the State and Fed government, you should be paying me to do all this work and insane paper pushing. Reply: “That is part of the PRIVILIGE of being a business owner!!!” 

#6 Taking Control Of Our Environment - The Green Police 
The government is using the "green movement" as an excuse to take an unprecedented amount of control over our lives.  From coast to coast, communities have been given government grants to track our trash with RFID microchips. The following are just some of the communities that will now be using microchips to track what we throw away....
*Cleveland, Ohio
*Charlotte, North Carolina
*Alexandria, Virginia
*Boise, Idaho
*Dayton, Ohio
*Flint, Michigan

Not only that, but some cities are now starting to fine citizens for not recycling properly.
In Cleveland, Ohio if an RFID tracking chip signals that a recycle bin has not been brought out to the curb within a certain period of time, a "trash supervisor" will actually sort through the trash produced by that home for recyclables.

According to Cleveland Waste Collection Commissioner Ronnie Owens, trash bins that contain over 10 percent recyclable material will be subject to a $100 fine.
Does that sound like America to you?

Now we don't even have the freedom to throw out trash the way we want to.

#7 Taking Away Our Independence - The Exploding Welfare State 
You don't have much freedom if you can't take care of yourself.  But in America today, tens of millions of Americans have literally become completely dependent on the government for survival.  Over 42 million Americans are now on food stamps.  Approximately one out of every six Americans is enrolled in a federal anti-poverty program.

The number of Americans living in poverty has increased for three consecutive years, and the 43.6 million poor Americans in 2009 was the highest number that the U.S. Census Bureau has ever recorded in 51 years of record-keeping.

The more Americans that are destitute and totally dependent on the government the easier it will be for the government to control them.  Today a rapidly growing percentage of Americans fully expect the government to take care of them.  But this is not what our founders intended.

#8 Taking Away Our Patriotism:

 We Are Even Losing The Freedom To Be Proud Of America 

Do you ever think things will get so repressive in America that a group of high school students will be forbidden from singing the national anthem at the Lincoln Memorial?  Well, that has already happened.  Do you think that areas of our nation will ever become so anti-American that they will forbid students from riding to school with an American flag on their bikes?  Well, that has already happened.

Fortunately, there was such an uproar over what happened to 13-year-old Cody Alicea that it made national headlines and he ended up being escorted to school by hundreds of other motorcycles and bicycles - most of them displaying American flags as well.  The school reversed its policy and now Cody can ride his bike to school every day proudly displaying the American flag.

But what if nobody had decided to stand up?
That school would have gotten away with banning the flag if the American people had allowed them to.
Our liberties and our freedoms are under attack from a thousand different directions and they are being stripped away from us at a blinding pace.

It has gotten to the point where most of us just sit in our homes and enjoy the "freedom" of digesting the "programming" that is constantly being hurled at us through our televisions.  Of course the vast majority of that programming is produced by just 6 monolithic corporations that control almost everything that we watch, hear and read.

Power and money have become more highly concentrated in America today than ever before, and yet most Americans don't even realize it.

Most Americans are so busy just trying to survive from month to month that they don't even have time to think about the deeper issues.  At the end of the night most of them are so exhausted from serving the system that all they can do is collapse on the sofa and turn on some programming.

But the American people desperately need to wake up. 

Without liberty and freedom our country cannot work.  But our freedoms and liberties are being stripped away a little bit more each and every day.

The America that so many of us grew up adoring is dying right in front of our eyes.  If you plan on saying something about it, you better do so before it is too late.

OUR U.S. Government was NEVER MEANT TO SAVE US or GOVERN CIVIL AFFAIRS!

Our government was formed to make us a free people, INDEPENDENT from the rest of the world and the rest of ALL other nations. Different. A people that did NOT fear the government but a government that feared the people enough to stay in line. NOT TO BE COMBINED WITH. NOT TO BE UNITIZED WITH. YES, trade agreements are needed to help establish economic stability but EVEN without trades among other nations, We CAN STAND ALONE! We can still be the United States of America without the help of a Central bank. Without the aid of the United Nations. As a matter of fact we did JUST FINE without the UN. We have been tricked by sorcery.

We Celebrate the Fourth of July, but I really believe that we have forgotten WHY we celebrate it. It means that we are INDEPENDENT from OTHER NATIONS! We STAND ALONE among the world with The Help GOD ALMIGHTY WE ARE PERSEVERED! We are one leg and God is our other 2 legs. We are stable with God and without God we are UNSTABLE.

I’ve found lately that there are so many evil plans by our own government and those sitting in seats of power. There is only one conclusion to all this and that is that they have an agenda to REMOVE the freedoms of the USA so they can have the United Nations Rule over us. In EVERY area of our lives.

The United States of America is the last hold out. The globalists know this. A globalist is someone who wants the USA to become a police state and be ruled by the United Nations and to do this they MUST rid us of our guns, and US Constitution. Not many people are aware of their rights and when you are not aware of them, YOU LOSE THEM. YOU WAVE THEM Away. THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT!

You can call me a fanatic, but I am finding that NO ONE CARES. either they think they cant do anything about it, they actually somehow trust the elected officials to keep us safe from the tyranny that’s coming, dis-regard our national heritage of freedom loving Founding Father (even the ones who were not Christians), dispute that America was founded as a Christian Nation and was Blessed By God Almighty, don’t believe that what is being proposed is not real, think those who are actually wanting to do something about it are fanatics, or simply have apathy times 1000.

Well we have already seen these idea being stomped all over by the Failed Drug War, the invasion n everyone’s lives by the DEA, FDA and even when the CIA has an official US law that claims they can legally conduct experiments on the AMERICAN public without their knowledge or consent, that pretty much says it all.

It makes me SAD beyond what anyone can imagine when I tell people the evils that are in the SENATE TO BE VOTED ON OR ALREADY HAVE BEEN VOTED ON that will cause disease, famine, hyper-stag-inflation in the cost of things to where NO ONE will be able to afford a months worth of food on the paycheck they receive.

I get called a negative man, I am told, there’s nothing we can do but sit back and watch. NO, that is not true. What IS TRUE is that if we don’t take a real stand, like women did in the early 1920’s with the Women’s Temperance & Suffrage Movement to have the right to vote.

Or when the Civil rights activists did the same for equal treatment and try to rid our nation of bigotry. Such as Martin Luther King and Rosa Parks.

CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE. THIS IS THE SAME THING except there is MUCH MORE AT STAKE. NONE of those previous movements will matter if this one isn’t completed. The mainstream media including mainstream conservative radio, television, liberal TV and radio are NOT telling you these things. WHY NOT? They are MAJOR issues that must be stopped. The only reason I have learned that they wouldn’t tell you is because someone is telling them WHAT NOT TO SAY and WHAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT. What to debunk as loony talk.

Well you cannot say that an issue is loony talk IF THERE IS A BILL IN CONGRESS ABOUT IT. CONGRESS DOESN’T WASTE TIME ON NON-ISSUES!

You wont be able to grow it, eat it, sell it, share it, trade it and IT WILL BE ENFORCED! – Don’t think so? We’re headed towards a total draconian society in the USA. This is NOT hippie, tree hugging rhetoric. Even if it was, so what. On this issue, they’d be correct to be worried. This is what the MEDIA DOES. They turn good people with good causes into raving lunatics. They sway mass opinion. THAT IS THEIR JOB and DUTY as a News CORP!

1)       All US food and all US farms will be under Homeland Security and the Department of Defense.

2)       End US sovereignty over it's own food supply by insisting on compliance with the World Trade Organization (WTO).

3)       It would remove the right to clean, store and thus own seed in the US.

4)       It begins the final destruction of the US economy.

5)       Deprives you and me of essential nutrition that all our bodies need.

6)       Violates our 4^th Amendment right to privacy

7)       Further continues the Unconstitutional Drug War that is really a war on its own citizens and not really on drugs.

8)       Add yet another draconian law that will be enforced.

9)       Costs tax payers MORE money to add yet another UNJUST department to our government growing it that much larger…

10)   This can go on and on.

How anyone can remain complacent with these things is beyond my comprehension.

Tell them ‘NO’ on S510 - Food Modernization Safety Act. The fact is there is nothing safe about this law. It ERODES YOUR FREEDOMS, will be the death of Small Business Organic Farms who are supplying food to hundreds of communities around the USA. It will override the DSHEA LAW that allows us to have Vitamins, herbals that the FDA cannot regulate because they are natural plants that GOD gave us. We will not be allowed to HAVE VITAMINS.

Did you know that Vitamin B 17 was banned in the USA? What does it do? It prevents and helps cure a few known cancers. Look it up yourself. I’m tired of researching without anyone’s comments. If you care, you’ll look.

ANYONE going to nursing school in 2009 & 2010 knows this is truth. They hear about the Codex Alimentarius, that sounds like a WACKO idea to begin with that cant possibly be real… But the sad reality it is. The United Nations has declared that nutrients are TOXIC POISONS. Yes you read correctly. Their so called expert doctor (only one mind you) has declared that ALL nutrients are poisons. And they want to eradicate them from off the face of the earth. Well, that’s not entirely true. They want to keep them for themselves while depriving the rest of society the right to nutrition. Yes, I know how insane that sounds, that is why I WANT YOU TO HELP STOP THIS NOW!

Once these bills become law, it is VERY difficult to have them repealed. The entire time they are being repealed, the Police are out arresting innocent people. YOUR own food pantry will be filled with poisons or nothing at all. SO nip it in the BUD!

Another that is worse than this is called Codex Alimentarius. This is a UN treaty that once ratified by the USA, cannot be repealed… PERIOD. It becomes law and over rides our CONSTITUTION.

The best thing we have going for us is that it wasn’t ratified legally according to the Constitution and Obama MIGHT not really be our president. I say that because he has ignored his birth place, failed to produce even a FAKE birth certificate of Hawaii (supposedly born) and has been said to have been born in Kenya or even as a Muslim. He claims himself in his own autobiography that he is Muslim. Well, that is a conflict of interest. So, if Obama is really not a legal president then I would HOPE that any Executive orders he instates or other dictatorial acts he declares, become null and void.

That is, if the American people begin to give a shit.

In the wake of this recent election, a clear vocal SHOUT OUT to the government BY the PEOPLE. A message that was very clear to congress saying enough is enough. We are FED UP, TIRED of the stripping of our rights, Laws that make the people NOT prosper and cause more poverty within our USA Borders. There is an AGENDA whether those political hounds want to believe it or not. It isn’t spoken about by conservative talk radio. At least not MAINSTREAM conservative media. And that is another thing… Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Neil Bortz and the like ARE MAINSTREAM talk radio. They have millions of listeners and that makes them MAINSTREAM!

This lame duck congress is positively OUT of control and out to destroy the USA and do as much damage as possible before the new congress is legally in session. If you think it his is a matter of opinion, read the news. YES, I know you cannot trust the media.

I've have warned everyone already about how ALL the major influential news outlets are controlled by un-named forces backed by UNTOLD, UNLIMITED WEALTH.

It also seems that in these days, the people who have the power to make REAL change are willing to sell out because of the economy or their own greed. In some ways (human perspective) its understandable. They want to be secure, but even if its at the expense of our own nation’s freedom. When Rush Limbaugh gets $400,000,000 MILLION DOLLARS to be a talk show host, this doesn’t raise a red flag to anyone? That is NO small figure, it is a PAY OFF.

Even though he says good things most of the time and brings up certain topics that some don’t touch on, the media is EASY to manipulate simply by OMMISION of topics that are never brought up or discussed. Or if they are, they are made light of, or made fun of or belittled in some way or even worse… the subjects dropped and forgotten about. They throw off the listener by what is known as a Red Herring. A Red Herring is a fish that makes a stench to throw a predictor off the trail. Leading it to the scent of something that  doesn’t REALLY matter in the big picture of things. And I’m not talking only about Rush Limbaugh. I have heard Sean Hannity do the same damage, cut people off air (and not just leftist democrats), give his oh so fake laugh and either ignore what was said with a laugh about the caller or give a rebuttal that had nothing to do with the subject matter that the caller was speaking about. I knew a few times when he did this and he LOST my support. This is when I really began to look into issues and learn the truth about matters that DO matter the most. Since I have done this, I have noticed the red herrings daily on the MAINSTREAM conservative talk radio.

Although I’m a staunch conservative, before Rush became a little more humble than he was, I was put off and didn’t like to listen to him because he was so ARROGANT. He has toned down his arrogance a little, its there, but now he has a tone of humility in his voice. Not sure if that was all due to the fact that he was raging against the regular people taking pain pills and he was on them as well. I don’t believe for a second that he has stopped taking them. He has enough money to buy as many as he likes. With or without a doctors Rx. Again, the only issue I have is that he spoke so strongly against them and was using them. Well, the Bible talks about that and says in Matthew 7:2 -  “ For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. So Rush got a taste of his own dish outs. Its just a law of God that cannot be broken.

Also Romans 2:1 – “Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judges: for wherein thou judge another, thou condemn thyself; for thou that judges does the same things”.

I think what bothers me the most is those men sit in a position where THEY KNOW the truth. They choose not to alert the masses and THEY ARE THE ONES WITH THE POWER! I have heard several callers tell Rush and Sean this exact thing. I admire about rush that he rarely cuts people off air. But most of his shows are taped ahead of time and then aired. 

Back to the topic of discussion, the Lame Duck Congress being a roaring Lion with an agenda. Politicians with evil agendas scare me the most. And the last few years, they have proven that they DO NOT CARE what the voice of the people are, in the least.

Here is an example from Ted Kennedy. In 2007, there was a bill to destroy the DSHEA. The DSHEA is an acronym for Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994. This made it so the Americans could LEGLALY and LAWFULY ingest anything that God has made. Not condemned via the DEA. We actually had to made. So Ted Kennedy (hopefully repented and is in Heaven) said right on congressional record on CSPAN also that. “we heard the American people but were going through with this bill anyway”. WHY? Because they have an agenda.

This agenda is called Codex Alimentarius. What this is, is a treaty with United Nations – again overriding our constitution, telling people that NUTRIENTS ARE TOXIC POISONS. Yes, you read correctly. A UN “Doctor” stated in an article that Nutrients are poisonous to our bodies.

Once this treaty is ratified (and will be by 2012) almost here), they WILL pull of the shelves of every store, every pharmacy, Wal-Mart, Target, (insert store here), ALL the herbals, ALL the minerals, ALL the natural, ALL the VITAMINS, (you think I’m making this up) and God given plants that are beneficial to our bodies, to be eliminated or via prescription only. They will be as ILLEGAL AS HEROIN is illegal. If they DO prescribe it , it will be such a low dose form that it would take the entire bottle to be effective.

So, we need to stop congress RIGHT NOW, TODAY. Until the new congress is legally in the seats to vote on critical issues. See, you never heard any of this from Rush, Sean or Fox have you? Fair and Balanced?

NO WAY

. WISE UP PEOPLE!

You wont hear anything until about 2 days before its going to be voted IN, if you ever heard about it all. Now, anyone going to nursing school or becoming a doctor KNOWS about this. They will take off the products one by one until they are all gone.  THAT’S CALLED STEALTH MODE. They do evil by tiny increments so you don’t really notice the big picture until its too late.

This will happen. That is unless you demand that they repeal this. These are VERY IMPORTANT THINGS. The UN website itself claims that a minimum of 3 BILLION people will die within 2 years of this by starvation first and next... preventable diseases associated with under-nutrition. It will be ILLEGAL to ship any of these nutrients (even foods containing them) to any nation that has signed and ratified the treaty. The US has signed the treaty. Be good Christians and Lets UN-ratify this KILLING MACHINE NOW, TODAY!

I have told people this since I first head about it in 2005 (from Christian Radio show Point of View) and everyone I told said, “not in my lifetime”. NO ONE BELIEVED ME!

Its much worse than I said about the nutrients. its about placing REAL poisons in ALL FOODS. All ANIMALS.

Our President is bad-mouthing U.S. citizens... to the United Nations! He is trying to bring UN & international pressures to bear on one of our own states. This is outrageous. Benjamin Rush adds to the letter this short opinion in italics - "and unacceptable.

He is a not my president. I didn’t vote for him, he hasn’t even addressed his US Citizenship - which leads me to believe that he IS guilty of being a non president. If he is a non-president then, his actions and treaties shall be null and void". Since there never has been a case such as this in the united states of America as far as know, then we should hold impeachment hearings against so-called president Obama.

I really need to know and understand HOW the rest of the World can say ANYTHING about the United states, whatsoever? They don’t have the RIGHT, the People of this nation have the right. MAYBE Obama already gave them (the UN) the right and we are un-aware? It only seems a logical conclusion given the number of countries accusing us of human right violations? WOW! I don't understand how countries that are known to sell body parts (like China) from their prison system inmates (killing them in most cases) or from a country that beats their women if they 'get out of line' with their husbands - End of Benjamin Rush's input in this letter to Americans.

Corrupt Judge allows Muslims Foothold for Sharia Law in United States America

Federal Judge blocks Okla. amendment barring use of Islamic law

OKLAHOMA CITY- A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order blocking a state constitutional amendment that would prohibit Oklahoma courts from considering international or Islamic law when deciding cases.

Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange's ruling prevents the state election board from certifying the results of last week's election in which the amendment was approved by 70 percent of Oklahoma voters.

Her order will remain in effect until a Nov. 22 hearing on a requested preliminary injunction.

It was issued in a lawsuit filed by the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Oklahoma. Muneer Awad said during the hearing that the law stigmatizes his religion and would invalidate his will, which he said is partially based on Islamic Law.



As a US Citizen, I Benjamin Rush URGE YOU to write that Judge EVERY DAY until she decides to be on the side of AMERICA and not on the Side of  Another Country's set of Laws that have NOTHING TO DO WITH AMERICA AND DO NOT HAVE ANY PLACE TO BE ALLOWED IN AMERICA, PERIOD!!

This is scary and it sickens me to the point I wish to puke on her paid off, corrupt robe that she obviously has no right to wear after this atrocity. I really want to know if anyone even cares anymore. Because ALL IT EVER TOOK in this country as in any country is for its citizens' voice to be raised & pointed in the needed direction. Even the most corrupt dictators fear the masses uprising.
         
#1 - There had to be a large amount of LEGAL signatures for this amendment to be on the Oklahoma ballot.

#2 - Since more than (70 %) SEVENTY PERCENT of the voting people in Oklahoma already said NO Sharia LAW, going out of their way to MAKE SURE it not be an issue in their state judicial system decisions , who in this WORLD has the legal right or  authority to OVER TURN the voice of the People? NO ONE. NOT EVEN THAT HELL BENT, Anti-American JUDGE!

This is why we do things like this in America. When Corrupt Judges overturn the will of the people, or when politicians ignore their constituents and go against the will of the public majority outcry, (especially when voted on o matter the outcome), THAT IS CALLED A DICTATORSHIP. America is NOT a Dictatorship and all you readers who think it should be go ‘head & get packing! Get your passports and go live in an established dictatorship. THEN you will be happy and so will freedom loving Americans. It’s a win-win situation for everyone. Otherwise, leave my republic alone!

I SAY WE DEMAND that she step down TODAY. NO more decisions should she be allowed to rule on behalf of ANYONE in this Country or for this country.

Sounds like maybe she was bribed by someone to do this? Why else would she commit treason? Either that, or she is incompetent (I doubt that), Maybe she is a MUSLIM and has been working as a sleeping terrorist all this time and finally woke up? (I doubt that also).

Either way, SHE IS THE ENEMY of the people of THESE UNITED STATES!

I don’t know, but id assume that she maybe has to take a handful of sleeping pills to sleep at night. Maybe like McCain she will be sleep driving from taking Ambien? or maybe she was “Sleep Ruling” and has no remembrance of this case? Certainly no matter what the excuse, she has no business being an American Judge in ANY LEVEL of SOCIETY.

This is such an outrage, I really don't have words to express my Shock. The ones written here don’t come close to fully expressing my disdain for this woman and treasonous act she committed. maybe the shock is that she still sits on that bench as a federal judge? She should be ashamed. if not, it shows the decline of morals it takes for this nation to remain free as well as the lack of care on her part to commit such horrendous act against ALL those Veterans who fought and are fighting for Freedom.

All those soldiers, (family, friends, fathers, husbands, wives, children or someone) who lost their lives so we could have a trustworthy JUSTICE system would not be on ball with her on this. As a veteran myself, I don’t know anyone in my unit who would be either.

If the people take this and say, "Well, I guess there's nothing we can do"... this case will be the end of our Nation’s justice system. It will be the nail in the coffin. It will allow ANY country's authority and rule to be considered in any judges ruling.

I don’t think many people truly understand the magnitude of these types of rulings. That they UTTERLY DESTROY OUR CONSTITUTION, rendering it MEANINGLESS. 

Our nations was founded on basic principles that are mocked more and more every day. Our Constitution already has a few holes in it, as many comedians remind us in jokes these days. I laugh with them, but cry on the inside as I see freedom slipping away.

I know what is in our future if we wish to go the route of tearing apart our Freedom Document that so many people have paid for with their Blood. It doesn’t look like any place I wish to live. I like it right here where I am at. Its nice to visit those other places, but to belittle what 400+ years of sustainability and accomplishments we made with the Guidance of God fighting for us, COUNTLESS men and women who lost lives, land and their own personal freedoms so we as a collective people could enjoy safety and the very freedoms we fought for, how can YOU be so apathetic to allow this by your silence?

All those who are siding with the corrupt ‘judge’ need to leave this country (taking her with you) & go live in one where those types of corruption is regular, for they do not love anything Our Constitution stands for. They do not love freedom. I don’t know what they love, but it isn’t freedom or justice. Go live in a country where they chop off hands for minor mistakes. No humans are perfect, but let the punishment fit the crime and let us keep the just laws of this nation in tact. This is after all why we celebrate Independence Day.

I DEMAND that woman Step down from the bench IMMEDIATELY and thrown in JAIL!

I do have One Question to ask all of you... "why would we even need an amendment to protect us against using laws from another country when we already have the US Constitution? = Red Flag Alert

Which leads to one more question...

Does this mean that someone HAS BEEN using laws OTHER than those of our United States to govern the legal Citizens of this nation? Wow, I hope not!
