The First 10 Amendments to the Constitution as Ratified by the States

December 15, 1791

Preamble

Congress OF THE United States
begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday
the Fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.

THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution
RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz.:
ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

Amendment III

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Amendment VII

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

When the Constitution states, "Congress Shall Make No Law regarding (insert our rights here), then it means that CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW! It is already our permission granted here in these awesome Constitution made for a freedom loving people and for the legal citizens of the USA. therefore any law that congress made under the terms that Congress shall make no law, is not a real Law. It is null and void already, automatically, end of story, period. When they say otherwise and teach us that our Constitution is nothing and we actually beleive them, we have WAVED our rights adn no longer carry the rights contained in this freedom giving legal document.

As an American, I am saddened and concerned that OTHER Americans do not know their rights in this country. I see it everyday. See it on Youtube, see it on the news, see it in the papers, see it on TV shows such as COPS and a new one called "Parking Wars". If the people KNEW their rights, they would not only be in conflict with the injustices happening all over the nation, (all of them resulting in poverty to those already struggling), but they would rise up and demand that the police and city employees halt their illegal activities at once. They would also demand a full investigation on the corruption in politics and actually, JUST MAYBE give out a few thousand JAIL SENTENCES to the criminal element that is running and ruining our nation. Fiscally, and taking the morale of the people away, leaving them hopeless and some of them even homeless and broken.

One of the best differences in our American Laws under the Protection of the U.S. Constitution is that in OUR law system, whatever is NOT deemed illegal is legal until a law is passed stating otherwise. I must be passed through the balance of power in order to have that law legal to enforce. The opposite side of the coin is Napoleonic Law. Napoleonic Law states that what so ever is NOT covered in the law books is already ILLEGAL until the issue is approved by law, and that who ever is arrested for whatever offense is considered guilty until proven innocent. Under Common Law we are SUPPOSED to be innocent until proven guilty.


That's a world of difference in a country that is NOT free in constrast to a country that IS free. We are a FREEDOM loving nation. God made it possible via our God fearing Founders and devout statesmen for His people (those who worshiped the one true God) to have a land of freedom. Now, are we going to let it go and somehow trust these politicians with our lives and future? Or...

Will we make absolutely certain that the freedoms we DO still have according to our Constitution are upheld as EVERY SINGLE ELECTED AND APPOINTED POLITICIAN SWEARS and OATH TO GOD TO UPHOLD?

I hate the term, “lame duck” when it applies to describe a president or our congress members. A lame duck is basically a sitting duck waiting to die. Waiting to be eaten by a predator unless it is protected by humans or God. If our congress were not a coup of evil intended individuals calling themselves socialists) then maybe I wouldn’t worry so much and wouldn’t be presenting these facts as something that needs immediate addressing. So, Lame Duck does not describe the current members of congress or anyone in leadership & power position in our nations sacred halls. Again, I reiterate that our apathy (which has actually been pushed on us by the politics of the day) is our own demise. I cant say it enough.

Wounded Lions are mean

This lame duck congress will do as much damage to this nation as possible before they are out. Instead of being called a lame duck, they should be called a prideful pride of wounded lions. Wounded lions will fight at anything that gets near them for fear that their life is at risk. Congress knows that they have a short window in which to push through some VERY DANGEROUS LEGISLATION. This should not be taken lightly! It isn’t a game. They are not simple minded idiots. Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi was fired (by the American people) along with many democrats who have their crooked, feeble, illegitimate, corrupt hands in the cookie jar. Don’t be deceived, Some republicans are in bed with them as well.

They know the people are upset with the direction our nation is headed on just what they know about. MOST AMERICANS DON’T EVEN KNOW many facts that they are doing/done. We have been apathetic to our demise. This lame duck congress know their time is short and as Satan also knows his time is short, we are told By GOD that Satan goes around as a roaring lion seeking to devour and destroy.

No matter who is in office, there are a few Executive Orders that truly should scare YOU, the American Public, Taxpayer, Voter and resident of this nation. Why would someone say this?

One reason is the 1933 President Roosevelt created the War and Emergency Powers Act of 1933 that basically Suspends our Constitution when there is a ‘threat’ or our security or for what ever reason they decide. Oh, well, its ok , its in the name of safety for the people of the USA? No, its not. It is an Agenda that is long standing and being implemented by Stealth Mode. Little increments at a time and no one will notice until it is completed. That is the plan, that has been the plan and now if any who has been paying attention to detail can see that  they no longer need the stealth mode. They can (and DO directly and swiftly) simply DO AS THEY PLEASE, even to go as far as Obama calling the American Public, his ENEMIES? This places a huge difference in definition on the word “dissenter”. An opposite to what vigilance of the people is supposed to be.

As a side note, i'll interject the Second Amendment Right given to us by the Bill of Rights. It states as follows:

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

This can only be interpreted as it reads (although there have been breaches in even the clause "shall not be infringed". Any gun/weapon law is against this Bill of Rights. It Cant be looked at any other way. If one desires to interpret the second amendment even further, read the writings of the founders who made sure that the people would be protected against BIG GOVERNMENT. These writings can be found here at http://www.wallbuilders.com/ and there is NO mistake that they meant for you and me to be able to OWN a gun, SHOOT a gun, have AMMO for that gun and be able to use it safely and effectively to PROTECT OURSELVES AGAINST AN OUT OF CONTROL GOVERNMENT. Contrary to what popular belief is now according to every Non-Christian media source I've listened to over the last 10 years with a steadily increasing voice. “A government that fears its people is one who is guilty of deceiving them and scared that the people will find out and revolt” - So says I. And doing so in order to render its people (thats you and me) harmless against them (thats the gov), JUST AS HITLER DID, they will NOT stop trying to eliminate our weapons. Or maybe allow us to have slingshots against bazookas so we dont poke an eye out?

Learn from history and the mistakes ALL other fallen nations made. Do not REPEAT their mistakes.

One gigantic lession to be learned from all other fallen natoins is that they ALL LEFT GOD. Once god leaves you, you have NO protection. You might even have attacks on purpose. He is not going to be mocked.

Also, don’t go reading the Wikipedia for ANYTHING you truly want truth about. This is a website funded by the very people who strongly oppose the Freedoms that the United States Constitution grants its citizens and these people wish to dissolve this in order to make us as ONE WORLD, instead of Celebrating the Declaration of Independence. Believing the important issues found on Wikipedia is like believing in the horribly untruthful web site known as Snopes.com. I am amazed that people are so dumbed down, they actually will take what snopes says as solid, biblical truth. they lie and have been caught lying. They are most likely funded by the same. Wikipedia and Snopes (for important issues) are like believing in fables and fairy tales.

We are the ones who they are to be defending. Instead, our freedom loving minds are hated by the powerful men in powerful positions.

Someone please tell me WHY in the hell a man like Henry Kissinger is allowed to be a White House ANYTHING? Among many of his ANTI-American Quotes, this is one that I recently came across. By itself it is not a grave statement, but knowing the background and history of Henry Kissinger and his ADVICE for our leaders and those who took his advice, The only logical conclusion is that he positively desires to erode our sovereignty and hand to over to the New World Order. Both President Bush's were strong advocates of this and actually that is when I first heard the term New World ORder, from Bush Sr. he said it on record more than 200 times. He denies this but video tape doesnt lie mr. ex-pres. GW made the secret meeting with president of canada and Mexico to form the North american Union. Yet they deny that too. There is footage of former president of Mexico Vicente Fox saying how much he wanted that to a reality. Check Youtube.

We AMERICA are the last hold out in the WORLD. Those evil men who are trying diligently to convince the people that we need to “get on Board” with the rest of the world DO NOT HAVE THE INTEREST of the People of the USA nor the Future of the USA in high regards. What I mean is, they want us to be a NOBODY. And honestly I have NO PROBLEM being a nobody just as long as you leave us alone and allow us to remain FREE. We already have that established and its been under attack since its inception.

The Lame Duck Congress’ Agenda

What is their known current agenda? Lets take a look:

***The Cap and Tax scheme that would drive already sky-high energy costs through the roof, massively hike taxes on hardworking Americans and give the federal government unprecedented control over the economy.

***Tax increases, new bailouts of pet industries, and the much-talked-about "second stimulus package," all designed to siphon away every last bit of wealth from the American people and hand it to our Big Government "benefactors". (who benefited from the First bail Out so-called stimulus package? Not the People, yet we are the ones held accountable to pay it back?)

***Retirement Account Confiscation allowing the IRS to seize your IRA and 401(k) accounts -- claiming the need to "protect" them from their owners.

***The new DANGEROUS ID Bill that would not only allow the government to listen to phone calls and monitor internet accounts, but would mandate Americans get a federally-approved ID card complete with an RFID tracking device.

*** Congressman Brad Sherman's scheme to take away EVERY state's ability to pass a Right to Work Law.  This legislation would repeal all 22 current state Right to Work laws and bar states from passing them in the future.

That's why your IMMEDIATE action is so important.

IN THIS Lame Duck Congress, They will be doing all they can to fulfill their agenda. This is why the President of OUR NATION didn’t care much about the election. He had to be expecting it knowing what his agenda was, knowing that the people have an approval rating (ALREADY) lower than GW Bush's approval rating at the end of his eight year 'Freedom Fighting' term. Or shall I say, Freedom SNATCHING term. I voted for him twice by the way and didn’t realize his agenda until I learned what the Patriot Act was all about. Then I began to learn what had really happened. Shame on him. Shame on anyone who still supports him (knowing what we know now).

SO, our VIGILENCE is needed GREATLY, TODAY, RIGHT NOW in this time before the Congress Elect is sworn in, January 2011. This current lame duck congress can do our country a lot of damage that will take much time for the congress elect to repair.

When you look at this scenario, one MUST come to the conclusion that the plans of wicked men are established as a takeover of this precious nation. When the current President declares that ALL who oppose his agenda are his 'enemies'?

Again I warn, that Hitler did this very same thing. The saddest part about the rise of Hitler is that at least he did EVERYTHING legally. Our congress do things ILLEGALLY and don’t bat an eye when the people speak out.

I ask you what I have asked many in the last 4 years… what DO you do when the majority of a nation speaks to its leaders in opposition to their plans that go against the only Document that gives us FREEDOM and talking doesn’t work any longer. Voting doesn’t work any longer. The same agenda continues administration after administration and we elect new people in hopes of STABILITY, and the CHANGE BACK towards freedom but the evil continues to march forward?

I assure you that I am NOT over-reacting.

What DO WE DO?

Why wont that coward come out and say in public who they are if they hate this Flag so much? I call him/her a coward. Come out, come out where ever you are, coward.

What I find awesome about this is that the residents who live in this town have begun flying more and more Christian Flags ALL OVER TOWN as a result and thus who ever was really offended by that ONE flag , must be leaving that town, boiling in his own stew or extra livid today. I find that to be God’s Street Justice. Or simply, God’s Justice.

What I find Ironic is that this takes place in an obviously dominant Christian township named, “KING” North Carolina.

What I find frustrating and I lack understanding is WHY would they need to remove the flag NOW? How about after a court Ruling or after the appeal of that unjust court ruling that would try and force a city to remove the Christian Flag? WHY would this even need to go to a court as our FIRST AMENDMENT states that CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW concerning American citizens and their freedoms of religion, speech, press, petition and assembly. What part of CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW do the haters of our freedoms not understand? Or the Congress for that matter?

What inspires me is that God took this wanna be slap at His children and straightforward attack against Him and His Son, Jesus Christ so that it backfired against the ACLU's and the 'Americans United for the Separation of Church and State' Unconstitutional act. I LOVE MY LORD!

Citizens take ACTION against unjust, bully style behavior towards their U.S. Constitutional & God Given rights

Still, I cannot help but wonder why it bothers so called atheist to see a Christian anything? If to them, a God does not exist, what bothers them? This is evidence that they know in their hearts that there is a God and He is real and HE will hold them accountable. Yet, somehow these mean spirited people believe that if they remove God from their minds and eyes, He will go away and take his judgment with Him. Well, I am happy to report that it doesn’t work that way, people. God is a JUST God. God is also a merciful God and will forgive the sins of any & all who call on The Name of The Lord Jesus Christ. God will Give THE GIFT of salvation that saves you from punishment for your sins. His wrath will not be on His saved children, yet already resides on all who are not convinced that Jesus Christ is God's Son and that He was punished on a cross and died for all people's sins and that He rose from the dead on the third day. What can possibly be offensive about that?

I am aware that fictitious monsters are not real and don’t live under my bed or under the beds of my children. I do believe that people can act like monsters are sometimes more creative than horror fiction writers as the news reports on more and more frequently in these final days of earth.

Having said that, If someone flew a Flag of a monster anywhere, I would not be offended, because I know for a certain that monsters are not real. They’re not to be feared and therefore I would (if anything) get a chuckle out of such an absurd display.

If you ask a person (who by the way, never seems to want to be known) why they are offended in any public Christian Display, what is their answer? It offends them. HOW does something that is NOT real to them, offend? It’s a lie. They are offended (that part is true) because they know God is real and do not want to be reminded on a constant basis that if they choose not to repent of their sins (and no one is guiltless), they will spend eternity in Hell. I guess in a way I can related, because if I knew I was going to Hell, I wouldn’t want to be reminded of that daily either. Thankfully that a fear that does not grieve my spirit.

God told us in Romans Chapter One, verses 18-32 - For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

- Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has showed it to them.

- For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

- Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

- Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

- And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four footed beasts, and creeping things.

- Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

- Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

- For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

- And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was suitable.

- And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

- Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

- Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

- Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

- Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

That is one of the strongest and most powerful messages of condemnation found in the Holy Bible. It does NOT exclude any one who has ever lived on this planet except for Jesus Christ who was sinless and committed NONE of these offenses to God. This ONE chapter offends everyone if their sins are not covered by the Blood of Jesus Christ. It cuts to the heart, pierces the heart like a sword because God’s Word is a two edged sword (according to His own Word).

DON’T get angry at me, these are NOT MY words nor are they mere words of any finite being, but these Words are God Breathed and were written for our benefit, so says The Lord God Almighty. This is why they are so powerful and so cutting to the heart so that an offender of God’s law is angered by the truth of His Word even though no man pointed a finger.

I could write a book on these verses alone explaining how those things that God said He hates includes everyone, in that everyone has fallen short and sinned, but will not at this time.

Lets say that there are ten people in an office and one of them stole the fax machine. Only the person who stole it knows who is guilty. The rest of them probably think its funny or if they are loyal to the company, would be a little upset that someone was not loyal and committed the act of stealing the fax machine. (Especially if they needed it to complete their job task). The manager of that office knows that someone took it without asking and tells everyone that it was stolen and then looks them all in the eye. The one who took the accusation personally is probably the guilty party, because the manager didn’t single out anyone or actually directly accuse the guilty person that stole the fax machine. The manager simply pointed out that it was stolen and looked everyone in the eye to let them know that he knows. When God tells us of our sins, He knows that we know we will be convicted in our conscience (at least until a person chooses time after time to harden their heart towards truth and the Voice of God).

This is the same thing when it comes to public display of Crosses or the nativity or in this case, the Christian Flag that has been flying there for the past six years. I would ask the reader that wouldn’t it be up to the ones who were memorialized to be the ones who decided if that Flag should or should not be Flown there?

We are losing our Freedoms in this country and ‘mad’ organizations such as the ACLU & Americans United for the Separation of Church and State who claims to fight for our freedoms, does just the opposite and is responsible for tearing away and eroding our freedoms one by one.

There WAS no such thing as the separation of Church and State ANYWHERE IN OUR CONSTITUTION! It was from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson to a Baptist church, ensuring that church that Congress would not ever be able to control who worships what or whom. THAT has been taken out of context and was NEVER legally presented in congress or to congress. So all those who are ignorant of this fact, better get back to reading your True American history. Here is a helpful link for everyone who really cares about this nation and where its headed and where its been!

     There is a strong and evil agenda to ruin this country and everything it represents that has roots going back since the founding of this nation believe it or not. The reason it hasn’t happened faster or sooner is a simple explanation: The Christians who actually cared about this nation were strong, they fought for justice, fought for our freedoms, were not mere speakers of words but were DOERS of the words in which they spoke. That was when an agreement, a covenant was sealed with a handshake and a person’s word was as good as gold. Since I have been alive I have seen that be washed away rapidly. Not too many people care anymore if someone lies, or cheats on their spouse or steals or murders… that is, unless, it DIRECTLY affects them. THEN and only THEN to they rise up and take notice and begin to care again about the morality of men.

You ask a person who is on their death bed, about to meet their maker if they are an atheist or if they believe in a Creator and what the Creator thinks about them. I wonder how many will be faithless unto death? I’m certain there have been many, but as the old saying goes… “There are no atheists in fox holes”. Obviously that man had not yet been in a life or death situation. HE will one day as it is appointed unto men ONCE to die, and after that, the Judgment. It is up to the individual to choose if they partake in the second death.

There have already been too many treaties signed and adheared to without our kowledge or consent that do over irde the will of the people and the Rights of the People in this nation. Ever heard of Codex Alimentarious? I dont wish to alarm anyone, but YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS! It certainly effects you directly as it does everyone else in this country. It deprives us of... nutrients. Thats correct, nutrients. A UN Doctor has claimed that Nutrients are toxic poisons that need to be eradicated or only taken in small doses. Sounds wacky I know. Yet the truth is stranger than fiction.

OK, I'm finsihed digressing, back to main topic.

I know that some of the founders of this nation were not good men. How they got away with what they did is beyond me. there had to have been much deception happening or somehow lots of tolerance among the wise. Some of them said good things, but probably meant evil with their words. Ben Franklin is one great example. His famous and probably most frequently quoted saying of late, “ Those who give up their liberty for safety deserve neither freedom nor safety”.

He knew what the long term plans were and knew about the Formula: Problem (Crisis) – Reaction – Solution.

So even though he said those words, he knew people would eventually fear the unknown and go with the government for their safe guard. The people somehow have trusted our government all the while they have been involved in very shady activity. We have turned a blind eye. Well, the time has come when we cannot any more.

If anyone is not familiar with this very effective formula (crisis-reaction-solution), it goes like this… A government or someone in power creates a Crisis, the people react, and then the same ones who created the problem, provide the solution that ALWAYS leads in the suffocation of the freedoms who reacted to the crisis. Nero did this in Rome as he burned his own city to gain the people to be against the Christians. It worked them and it works now.

Benjamin Franklin was a member of Anti-Church, Anti-Christianity organization called, “Hellfire Club”. They were far from Christians. he was also a member of Francis Bacon's "Baconians". They were known as some very evil men. Albert Pike was also among their ilk. Sadly ben Franklin was not a christian. He was very intelligent and was a greatscientist of course. the father of all Science and Botany peolple do not normally wish to think abuot was King Solomon. King Solomon was the wisest of all men who walked the earth so says God. Jesus christ was not 100% alone and was of course, more wise than Solomon. BUt it is noted in the Bible that King Solomon was the first to really dive into scince and botany extensively. Most of the early scientists who discovered the foundations for what we know now were Christians. But will not teach you this in Public Schools or most institutions these days. sadly agian, not even Christian Schools. Truth is truth nevertheless.

Ben Franklin's buddy Albert Pike is known as the main founder of American Freemasons and the KKK alike even though the Freemasons have tried to distance themselves from Albert pike now (becasue light was shed on the darkness and darkness cannot be in the presense of light), but it cant be refuted since he written about by Masonic Teachings of Manly P Hall. And some speculate that Francis Bacon was thought to be (I do not know if this is true or false - probably true), the true writer behind William Shakespeare. “To thine own self be true” is a widely remembered writing and regularly quoted saying of William Shakespeare and also just happens to be the MAIN Doctrine of all devil worship. Doing the Lord’s will is God’s way and doing what your own heart tells you or trusting in your self is the devils way as Proverbs 3:5 calls this foolish. “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding”. (6) in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight”.

Our hearts cannot be trusted and WILL DECEIVE ourselves if we listen to our heart. This is a difficult thing to understand but God’s Word is TRUE and since God said it, then I have to believe it is true. I’ve been wrong about a ‘gut feeling’ before as everyone has. I have also made poor decisions on my own apart from consulting God on important matters. Were humans and we are  certainly fallible. Jeremiah 17:9 - The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Even Thomas Jefferson who I quote frequently was sadly not a Christian, BUT I do believe by his own writings, personal journals and letters to others, that his intentions were Straightly aligned with the freedoms that our Constitution once gave the American people. We are the sad folks who have allowed it to be a non-reality in today’s life. All in the name of FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN! Have FAITH IN GOD PEOPLE and you will NOT FEAR THE UNKNOWN! God has revealed His mystery to everyone through His Word and Jesus Christ our Savior.

I just stated all that to show of one example of one leader who helped shape our Constitution. I do defend our Constitution because I know that 90% of the signers of the Declaration of independence were very STRONG, FAITHFUL Christians. It is only those who were not who are taught much about (if anything these days) in pubic school. I know that George Washington was a freemason, but by his own writings and private letters to others along with his own personal diary, one can ONLY conclude he was a devout Christian man.

Fairness Doctrine or Erosion of 1st Amendment right to Free Speech?

So called Fairness Doctrine

Their argument? "Well, there are far too many conservative radio stations or conservative opinioned radio programs and not enough liberal ones".

My question: WHO IS STOPPING ANYONE FROM HAVING A BROADCAST?

Begin a show and get viewers/listeners. Last time I checked, Liberals have the Monopoly on TV, Movies and anything viewable with our eyes and ears. So what is this really all about? Its about condemning our freedom of speech. The only thing that claims to be conservative is FOX and they also claim to be fair and balanced. Why is that exactly? Fair and balanced? I don’t think so.

There are MANY topics that they excluse from their so-called conservative show. I don’t watch much of it but cant help but over hear the neighbors who are addicted to it like a drug.

I do hear that they have two people from each side on a subject usually but they place more spin on subjects than MSNBC, CBS, ABC, etc.

The fact is we don’t get the real important news. Want to know why? Well back in early 1900s’ David Rockefeller Sr. bought up the POLICY of 25 of the most influential newspapers that were circulating at the time. They didn’t have to won them, just exclusive rights to what they printed. And so it has been like ever since. CBS was the first TV network and that has all been like that as well. Look at the conglomerates of who owns who. No one knows now ubt it’s a SMALL handful that own ALL the networks. Just because you have a lot of choices, doesn’t mean you have a lot of choices in content or persuasive views on any subject.

Even the Christian networks are mainly owned by TBN or The Catholic Diasis. Although, thank GOD there are many who are willing to pay and THANK GOD that the network owners are willing to accept their money, there is a good selection of REAL and TRUE TV evangelism these days. The thing I find amusing is that a fake talk show on TBN with fake hosts will have REAL Christians on their set telling it like it is. So again, GOD is in control and HIS Word gets heard.

Still, if a fairness doctrine were to be in place as the politicians desire, then even networks like TBN would be FORCED to air Satanism shows. And I KNOW there is not a shortage of that these days.

The fairness doctrine is far from fair. They know it and use the title as a play on words as they have done with the politically correct language that has evolved over the decades.

George Carlin was not a Christian and I didn’t like it when he made of Jesus, but he was a very intelligent man and funny when he wasn’t making fun of God. I’m sure he isn’t now. I do miss him. If anyone knew his political views, he was right on target. He had a piece on political correct word usage. Here is an excerpt from his monologue…” I'll give you an example of that. There's a condition in combat. Most people know

about it. It's when a fighting person's nervous system has been stressed to it's

absolute peak and maximum, can't take any more input. The nervous system has

either snapped or is about to snap. In the first world war that condition was

called shell shock. Simple, honest, direct language. Two syllables. Shell shock.

Almost sounds like the guns themselves. That was 70 years ago. Then a whole

generation went by. And the second world war came along and the very same combat

condition was called battle fatigue. Four syllables now. Takes a little longer to

say. Doesn't seem to be as hard to say. Fatigue is a nicer word than shock. Shell

shock...battle fatigue.

Then we had the war in Korea in 1950. Madison Avenue was riding high by that time.

And the very same combat condition was called Operational Exhaustion. Hey we're up

to 8 syllables now! And the humanity has been squeezed completely out of the

phrase now. It's totally sterile now. Operational Exhaustion: sounds like

something that might happen to your car. Then of course came the war in Vietnam,

which has only been over for about 16 or 17 years. And thanks to the lies and

deceit surrounding that war, I guess it's no surprise that the very same condition

was called Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Still 8 syllables, but we've added a

hyphen. And the pain is completely buried under jargon”.

See where I’m headed on this? This is OUR government doing this. And people accept it! I don’t know why. They bury the true meaning of language behind words that sound more important.

So now we have “World Governance” being said on a daily basis by Obama and all the men at Capitol Hill. It means ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT”. Yet I guess they think that the word governance sounds different than government. It still means the same thing. Doesn’t this ring any bells?

Jesus told us in revelation that in the last days, we would have a One World Government. One world Money system and One World Religion. Well, were on the edge of One World Government if it is not already in place and merely hidden by the mouths of politicians. We don’t know what they do behind closed doors. ALTHOUGH WE ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW! If they do anything in secret, it is illegal.

They are out to steal your money, steal your rights and set us on a downward spiral so that we will RUN TO THEM for safety. Its called, Problem-Crisis-Solution. They CREATE the problem, WE react, THEY provide the solution. There should be another word added called acceptance. Because we are always ready to accept their solution. And if you haven’t NOTICED, ALL their solutions TAKE AWAY OUR FREEDOMS!

I cannot say this enough – Ben Franklin told us in a statement, “They that trade their freedom (liberty) for presumed security, deserve neither liberty nor freedom”.

He was right and yet the public are VERY IGNORANT of this and will fight you on it tooth and nail and call YOU the wacko when this statement is spoken. I Will never understand that.

DON’T GIVE UP YOUR Country’s Sovereignty! For any reason! Or you WILL be controlled, enslaved by a stranger.

If this is what you want… MOVE TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY AND LEAVE OURS TO THE ONES WHO DESIRE FREEDOM!
