The First 10 Amendments to the Constitution as Ratified by the States

December 15, 1791

Preamble

Congress OF THE United States
begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday
the Fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.

THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution
RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz.:
ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

Amendment III

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Amendment VII

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

When the Constitution states, "Congress Shall Make No Law regarding (insert our rights here), then it means that CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW! It is already our permission granted here in these awesome Constitution made for a freedom loving people and for the legal citizens of the USA. therefore any law that congress made under the terms that Congress shall make no law, is not a real Law. It is null and void already, automatically, end of story, period. When they say otherwise and teach us that our Constitution is nothing and we actually beleive them, we have WAVED our rights adn no longer carry the rights contained in this freedom giving legal document.

As an American, I am saddened and concerned that OTHER Americans do not know their rights in this country. I see it everyday. See it on Youtube, see it on the news, see it in the papers, see it on TV shows such as COPS and a new one called "Parking Wars". If the people KNEW their rights, they would not only be in conflict with the injustices happening all over the nation, (all of them resulting in poverty to those already struggling), but they would rise up and demand that the police and city employees halt their illegal activities at once. They would also demand a full investigation on the corruption in politics and actually, JUST MAYBE give out a few thousand JAIL SENTENCES to the criminal element that is running and ruining our nation. Fiscally, and taking the morale of the people away, leaving them hopeless and some of them even homeless and broken.

One of the best differences in our American Laws under the Protection of the U.S. Constitution is that in OUR law system, whatever is NOT deemed illegal is legal until a law is passed stating otherwise. I must be passed through the balance of power in order to have that law legal to enforce. The opposite side of the coin is Napoleonic Law. Napoleonic Law states that what so ever is NOT covered in the law books is already ILLEGAL until the issue is approved by law, and that who ever is arrested for whatever offense is considered guilty until proven innocent. Under Common Law we are SUPPOSED to be innocent until proven guilty.


That's a world of difference in a country that is NOT free in constrast to a country that IS free. We are a FREEDOM loving nation. God made it possible via our God fearing Founders and devout statesmen for His people (those who worshiped the one true God) to have a land of freedom. Now, are we going to let it go and somehow trust these politicians with our lives and future? Or...

Will we make absolutely certain that the freedoms we DO still have according to our Constitution are upheld as EVERY SINGLE ELECTED AND APPOINTED POLITICIAN SWEARS and OATH TO GOD TO UPHOLD?

Pray we choose the latter!



The Central Bank of America - Federal Reserve

The Federal Reserve is neither a bank, nor is it Federal, nor does it hold any reserves. It only creates money out of thin air backed by nothing. They have however taken America’s gold away from Americans as collateral until we pay back the loans. So we are truly the poorest nation on the planet.

This is why lately you may have run across a few website demanding that we “End the Fed”. If we do not, America will cease to exist as we will be under the sole rule of whoever bails us out of this financial crisis. UNLESS that is, we file bankruptcy and declare that we ill not pay it back. They already have our gold. Let them keep what they have. We do have MORE gold in ‘dem dare hills’. We also have precious stones, coal and other resources that we can certainly get ourselves out of this mess with sooner than people think.

Even if we legalized low THC Hemp farming (as Canada recently has) for its extremly useful plant material, being used from everything from longest lasting paper, softest toilet paper, softer and longer lasting clothes and seed nutrition (just to name a few), that alone could help get us out of this financial crisis and get us back on our own feet. This is afterall how we grew our nations economy in our early days of the USA. We need policies in America that do NOT violate our United States Constitution, do not push us towards Globalism and we certainly do not need to LOSE OUR INDEPENDANCE! What will we celebrateon 4th of July? Or will that be made illegal in the near future?

The Federal reserve act was established in 1913 by Woodrow Wilson under the pressure of the international Bankers. This was accomplished WHILE the rest of Congress was out for Christmas break. A bit Sneaky? I'd say so. Its all in congressional record. Who are these scumbag bankers? Well, we only know in part, but as a certainty, a few names can be placed on a roster. The Rockefellers, Warburgs, JP Morgan, Rothschild’s family are among the handful of families that own ALL the central banks of Europe and the North American Continent.

A central bank lends money to nations and smaller banks with high interest rates. Yet they simply create the PAPER money from their own, money printing Mints. Now when WE do that, its called stealing and we go to jail. Yet these bankers have been in business for hundreds of years, pulling the ponzi scheme without getting caught. They have paid off all the right people and get in bed with most politicians, the governmental programs such as the FDA, CIA, FBI, EPA (and on and on) but especially with the corporations and that is how it remains hidden. Lately, more and more people are understanding what has happened here.

Besides our Lord and Savior and Our God (who said, “the borrower is servant to the lender”), Our forefathers also WARNED against allowing a central bank to operate in this country saying that it would be our demise. Well, they were correct.

Back then they were known as “Trusts”. Yet they couldn’t be trusted. That how sneaky they are. They want people’s trusts so they called it a Trust. There would have NEVER BEEN inflation as it is today had there not been a Central Bank. There had never been a Great Depression had there not been The Federal Reserve Central Bank. Which by the way, happened shortly after allowing to be in place and lasted a long time. Are you aware of what really caused it? It was a rumor that JP Morgan had circulated about the downfall of stocks and thus created a run on banks, where everyone wanted their own money in hand. That sparked the stocks to tank, then when they were at their lowest, Rockefeller, Morgans, Rothschilds, etc, BOUGHT UP the VERY INEXPENSIVE Stocks and pretty owned the markets ever since.

What happens to Presidents or other members of congress that want to obey God and do the correct thing, which is to actually work for the people as they are supposed to be doing? They usually end up in a coffin. Who does the president really obey? The People that elected him or the Bankers who own the Central Banks?

Andrew Jackson had many attempts on his life for keeping the Central banks from being established. Abraham Lincoln was killed for creating the Greenbacks (backed by actual Gold and Silver), JFK was killed for creating Executive Order 11100 & 11110 that would have abolished the Federal Reserve. By the way, that E.O. is still in place and can be USED if we the people will GAIN A BACKBONE!

America… GAIN A BACKBONE BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!

Shame on You Christians!

     Christians are the backbone of society and have been since Jesus Christ began His ministry. We are the ones who help the poor and needy. We are the ones responsible for planting God's seeds of salvation and making the world a better place. This is NOT a GOVERNMENTS responsibility. We are the ones who are supposed to teach each other and the world... right from wrong and we are to fight for what is good and just (1 Tim 6:12 - Fight the Good Fight). We are to be THE Salt and Light of the world (Matthew 5:13-14).

We were the world's, 'Beacon of Light' and Hope! A Nation unlike any other! We have grown luke warm and our lamp is dim. MAKE IT BRIGHT AGAIN before its Extinguished.

Our roll in politics is one that we have been told by most preachers to STAY OUT OF, that is, except for voting. Well, American history doesn't teach that and Jesus told us to OCCUPY until I COME! Sitting back and allowing evil to grow is NOT OCCUPYING. Its being apathetic. Apathy doesn't get us anything either except spewed out of the Lord's Mouth.

Sitting back and doing nothing is allowing the devils to take control. If you don’t believe that, then WAKE UP, look around at what is being done and what HAS been being done in our WhiteHouse and House of Representatives. they VETO good Bills, and pass evil, tyrannical Bills.

Shame on you Christians

for allowing abortion to be legalized. This is murder by God's own Words. The debate on abortion was settled before it ever began. Shame on you Christians for not reading your Bible to learn and know the right thing to do. Shame on you Christians for listening to wolves in sheep's clothing allowing yourselves to be deceived. Jesus Christ said it was Eve's fault that she was deceived. Her disobedience to God is not something to take lightly, it was our downfall. She was blamed for being deceived. SO DONT ALLOW YOURSELVES to be DECEIVED!

Shame on all of us for allowing our great nation to be brought down slowly, steadily declining in stealth mode. Little by little until there are no jobs, businesses, where INJUSTICE lives in the courts to the point that every one has become guilty until proven innocent and the cost of being proven innocent is more than anyone can bear. That is, unless you're very wealthy.

Maybe there is hope, there always is until the death of a thing. And even Jesus Christ can raise from the dead, himself and even a nation if He desires. Yet, why would He desire a nation to rise out of ashes that blasphemes His name? I am not God but from studying His Word, I don’t think the chances are great.

We think we are free when we have chains about our necks and bracelets on our ankles. We’re told that we are free when we are not. Not as we once were. Only in 20 years has the police state risen to stardom and is even praised by those who are not directly effected. They will be directly affected eventually. Maybe when their property is seized because our economy fails and we have no way to pay our taxes on the land that we paid in full. That scares me actually. The property tax is a direct violation of a fundamental right that our Constitution holds for YOU AND ME. Yet it is within the top 10 planks of Marxism (socialism) to abolish private property. Well, that’s been accomplished. I had someone disagree and then asked them this, “what would happen to YOUR paid off land if you could not pay your taxes to the government”? his Answer was, it would be taken away. Therefore we do not truly OWN our own property. In all actuality, GOD owns everything and nothing is ours. I hope you are getting the idea. God gave us this free nation and we are allowing the politicians to destroy and take away our freedoms in the name of safety and other “PATRIOTIC” ideals. WHY do you keep silent? WHY haven’t you spoken up?

How can trusted preachers teach the congregation that it is our Christian DUTY to vote, but not get involved in politics? That’s absurd and Unbalanced. Very unbalanced, and makes no sense to me. In fact we of all people SHOULD BE the ones involved in politics. Not secular hateful men and women who ultimately HATE GOD and wish to silence His Word from every single area of our lives… even our private lives.

Sadly Ben Franklin and a few other ‘founding fathers’ of our REPUBLIC were not true Christians. Some may have been more evil than others as far as their view towards Jesus Christ, this is true. The good news is that MOST of the men who signed the Declaration of Independence were Godly, saved men of the Christian faith and wanted, demanded that our nation remain as such. They wrote letters and warned people that if men of high standards and high Christian values were not the ones in our congress, then the Bill of Rights and our Constitution would be meaningless. Yet I DO quote some a Ben Franklin’s and Jefferson’s writings because they were wise none the less. Whether they were taunts or they really meant it, we will never know. They were true warnings nevertheless. I am sure that T. Jefferson NEVER meant for any Separation of Church and State to hold the meaning it does today. No, he was actually trying to protect the Church from the congressional power to dictate how a Church should teach and operate (as was the custom in England at the time) and not the other way around. The haters and backbiters of God have twisted that around and corrupt unsaved judges ruled twistedly on this as well as the public school system teaching lies about it so now there are generations who believe that there really is a Separation of Church and State in our Constitution. Highly educated politicians say so regularly but when asked to point out WHERE it is, they cannot.

Shame on you Christians for allowing the America Dream to be something that is apart from God and self serving when at one time the ‘American Dream’ was actually being free, being able to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people and allow all people to worship THE ONE TRUE GOD, however they decided. That too has been mistranslated and now we allow groups like hateful Nazi, KKK, Churches of Satan to be established and then we wonder what happened to our nation? Really? We look around in amazement and wonder how we got here or say, “it’s a sign of the times”. Well maybe, JUST MAYBE had we BEEN Obeying Our Lord and OCCUPYING His land that He gave to watch over, we would still be that BEACON of LIGHT that the rest of the world once Marveled over. Even atheists marveled at the ‘goodness’ of American People. This was all accredited to Godliness! Where is our Godliness?

Shame on you Christians for allowing our beacon’s light to grow very dim. I don’t know if it can be seen by those in trouble anymore. Shame on you Christians for allowing MEDIA to persuade your opinion about ANY subject at all. Shame and I HOPE we all repent.

Shame on you Christians for letting our Liberties that were influenced by Our Creator and thus created by DEVOUT Men of God. Men who did read their Bibles often and fought diligently for rights and freedoms that for almost 200 years were bragged about by every other nation on the planet, be nothing more than a memory. A memory for ONLY THOSE who can remember such a time. There are actually not very many folks left who DO remember true freedom. We are told DAILY by ALL media outlets what to think, how to view every single perspective, right and wrong and list is endless. We ARE NOT told about every major decision being made that WILL affect your life IN YOUR LIFETIME. This is known as Propaganda. Former president G.W. Bush said that he must repeat certain things or people will not understand. He CALLED IT by its true name… propaganda. Thus he admitted to spreading propaganda, “for the good of the people”.

We are not living in a free America if you haven't learned that. By the time you DO, it will be too late. The time is NOW, TODAY to raise your voice and make the TRUE CHANGE. Not Obama’s change which as proven deadly to freedom and our Republic! We are not a democracy as former President Bush has claimed so many times we cannot count. WE ARE A democratic REPUBLIC. The founders of this nation HATED the term democracy and left it out of Our official Constitution on purpose.

Ben Franklin is paraphrased saying that, “A democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what’s for dinner. In a republic, the Sheep have guns”.

Shame on you Christians for placing our lives in the hands of devils.

The men (true Statesmen) who fought for the freedoms/liberties that we once held dear lost their families, lands, farms, businesses, LIVES and sometimes their OWN FREEDOMS to ensure that we would have a place to live where we could worship Our Creator as we should. These men and women, if they were alive today would NEVER allow 9/10ths of things to take place. THEY WARNED US, as the God warns us in HIS BIBLE about what we OUGHT to do, OUGHT to look out for so that we can avoid evils in our lives and to preserve our very lives. The bible for Eternal salvation and earthly wisdom to prosper and America's Founding Fathers warnings about the things that would tear this nation down. The warnings by our founders have been ignored, completely. The watchmen were not watching, and were somehow convinced that the men who we had elected were trustworthy and taking care matters that directly effect everyone in this Country.

Now the world laments our demise. You can find many Youtube videos of this. They can see from afar what we cant see up close and in our faces. The current politicians make an excuse for every liberty they steal from us and we have allowed them to do it. WAKE UP before it is TOO LATE and the shame you bare will be from your very own children and their children if the world lasts that long before the Lord returns as He said He would do.

Why don't we do what is good and right, RIGHT NOW, and PRAY to the Living God for mercy and for Him to restore our land before it is too late, if it isn’t already too late.
